Capacity building trainings

The overall aim of this program is to enhance capacities of KESAN staff, local communities and community-based organizations to enable activities for environmental protection and social development.  Trainings aim to develop local communities capacities to deal with environmental issucapacity-buildinges as well as play a leading role in community environment initiatives.
Capacity building activities serve to strengthen, support and connect all of KESAN’s programs. By developing the skills and expertise of staff, local communities and community-based organizations, the effectiveness of all programs is enhanced. The knowledge gained from capacity building activities is shared and communicated well beyond the initial pool of individuals.
